DELIVERY & RETURNS: Store Policies


What is the return policy?

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery for LUĆELLA store credit. As a new ladies' clothing boutique, at this time we do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed to be faulty (forceful damage does not qualify as faulty). Earrings and bodysuits are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. 

LUĆELLA store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. 

We ask that the following requirements are met to qualify for a return:

  • Item/s must be in original condition with the original tags attached and packaging included

  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered 

  • Item/s must not show signs of damage such as (but not limited to) makeup stains / general wear and tear / heavily fragranced / marks / spills / discolouration / tampered labels and tags

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure they are packaged carefully and cannot get damaged during delivery back to us. 

Please note that all orders are checked thoroughly before dispatch, therefore any orders claimed at being faulty will be inspected carefully for signs of tampering or forceful damage. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return if item/s do not meet the above criteria.


Are returns free?

Please note we do not offer pre-paid returns, nor will you be reimbursed for delivery fees for returns.

How do I return?

To initiate a return, please email the following information to :

-Order Number

-Full Name

-Name and Size of the item you are returning

-Reason for return

-Your email and delivery address (UK only)

Once we have received this email, we will reply with confirmation of return request, along with the returns delivery address. Please ensure to return item/s to us within 14 days of delivery date.

How long does it take for my return to be processed?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, you should receive approval of your request within 2 business days of receipt. However, please note that as we are a small business this can take a little longer during busy periods. 

Once we have received your package as per the above criteria, your store credit note will be issued immediately.
